State Officer TrainerSkillsUSA Florida State Officers serve the members of our organization as ambassadors, facilitators, and peer mentors. The team participates in leadership development and training throughout the year, providing a unique opportunity for students to develop valuable skills for their future careers. State Officers play an integral role in the state’s Program of Work, including the fall leadership conference, the State Leadership and Skills Conference, and other local, state and national events. Officers also have the opportunity to participate in additional leadership development activities, like the Washington Leadership Training Institute and the National Leadership and Skills Conference.
Interested candidates should complete the application and submit according to the instructions in the State Officer Program Guide. At the State Leadership and Skills Conference, State Officer candidates participate in a Meet the Candidate session, and deliver a speech to state delegates during the delegate sessions. Check out the application below for more information!
